I teach computer science at Cedar Grove Grammar School in Buenos Aires since 2005. Most days I teach first-year students, and I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Chávez
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Chávez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me computer science in 2013 at Cedar Grove Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
