Mr. Cele
Teacher at Eastgate Academy, loves early years
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Since 1981
- English, Afrikaans
I teach early years and chemistry at Eastgate Academy, Johannesburg. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 1,580 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Mr. Cele: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me early years in 2017 at Eastgate Academy. I still remember the rainy sports day.
