Mr. Castro

20 years teaching geography in Belo Horizonte

  • 🇧🇷 Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil
  • Belo Horizonte Grammar School
  • 1984 to 2017
  • Portuguese
I taught geography at Belo Horizonte Grammar School in Belo Horizonte from 1984 to 2017. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I played music while people worked. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Mr. Castro

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Castro: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
