Mr. Castro
12 years teaching music in Cartagena
- 🇨🇴 Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia
- Cartagena Primary School
- 1981 to 2000
- Spanish
I taught music at Cartagena Primary School in Cartagena from 1981 to 2000. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Castro
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Castro: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
