Mr. Castro
31 years teaching physics in Quezon City
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Quezon City Primary School
- 2003 to 2020
- English
For 17 years I was the physics teacher at Quezon City Primary School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, my door was open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Castro
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Castro: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me physics in 2011 at Quezon City Primary School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.

You taught me physics in 2014 at Quezon City Primary School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
