Mr. Castro
Biology teacher at Starlight Public School, Since 2012

For 14 years I have been the biology teacher at Starlight Public School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Castro
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Castro: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
