Mr. Carvalho
Physics teacher at Harmony Public School, 1986 to 1994
- 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- 1986 to 1994
- Portuguese
I taught physics at Harmony Public School in Rio de Janeiro from 1986 to 1994. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Carvalho
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Carvalho: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
