Mr. Carrillo
Physical education and social studies teacher, San Cristóbal de las Casas
- 🇲🇽 San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico
- Silverlake Public School
- Since 1992
- Spanish, French
For 34 years I have been the physical education teacher at Silverlake Public School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
More about Mr. Carrillo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Carrillo: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
