Mr. Carpenter
Teacher at Tampa Academy, loves biology
- 🇺🇸 Tampa, Florida, United States
- Tampa Academy
- 1989 to 2012
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Carpenter
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Carpenter: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
