Mr. Can
French teacher at Istanbul Grammar School, Since 2017
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Grammar School
- Since 2017
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 450 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Can
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Can: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me French in 2020 at Istanbul Grammar School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.

you taught me French in 2021 at Istanbul Grammar School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
