For 22 years I was the religious studies teacher at Denpasar Boys' School. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I had 480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
