Mr. Byrd
Teacher at Yonkers Secondary School, loves English literature
- 🇺🇸 Yonkers, New York, United States

I taught English literature at Yonkers Secondary School in Yonkers from 2017 to 2025. Most days I taught Year 9, and I never turned anyone away.
Over the years I had 160 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Byrd
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
