Mr. Burke
Teacher at Lafayette Middle School, loves chemistry
- 🇺🇸 Lafayette, Louisiana, United States
- Lafayette Middle School
- 2012 to 2025
- English
I taught chemistry and French at Lafayette Middle School, Lafayette. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Burke
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I was in your first-year students class in 2025. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Kyiv.
