I taught agriculture and special education at San Diego Public School, San Diego. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Burke
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Burke: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
