Mr. Brito
French and religious studies teacher, São Paulo

For 37 years I was the French teacher at Meadowbank Secondary School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,330 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Brito
If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

What gifts mean to Mr. Brito: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
