Mr. Bozkurt
Environmental science and computer science teacher, Kadıköy
- 🇹🇷 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Bayview Secondary School
- 1978 to 1989
- English, Turkish
I taught environmental science at Bayview Secondary School in Kadıköy from 1978 to 1989. Most days I taught first-year students, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mr. Bozkurt
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Bozkurt: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
