Mr. Bowers
16 years teaching accounting in St. Louis
- 🇺🇸 St. Louis, Missouri, United States
- St. Louis Public School
- Since 1997
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 29 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Bowers
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Bowers: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
