I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 22 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Mr. Bezerra
If you were in my the youngest children class, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
What gifts mean to Mr. Bezerra: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
