Mr. Berhe

Spanish and English literature teacher, Addis Ababa

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Elmwood Girls' School
  • 1985 to 2002
  • English, Amharic
I taught Spanish and English literature at Elmwood Girls' School, Addis Ababa. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Mr. Berhe

What gifts mean to Mr. Berhe: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
