Mr. Bennett
Economics and biology teacher, Houston
- 🇺🇸 Houston, Texas, United States
- Houston Middle School
- Since 2009
- English
For 17 years I have been the economics teacher at Houston Middle School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Bennett
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
