I teach art at Greenfield Grammar School in Cairo since 1984. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

What gifts mean to Mr. Benali: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
