Mr. Belay
Mathematics and statistics teacher, Gondar
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Unity Academy
- Since 2008
- English, Amharic
Unity Academy is my second home. I teach mathematics there since 2008, mostly Year 9.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Belay
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Belay: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
