Mr. Bekele
14 years teaching economics in Gondar
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Since 2010
- English, Amharic
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 16 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Mr. Bekele: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
