Mr. Batista

For 27 years I was the English literature teacher at Duque de Caxias Middle School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I had 1,400 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Mr. Batista: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
