Mr. Batista
Taught economics at Rio de Janeiro Primary School
- 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- 2014 to 2022
- Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and eight years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 360 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Batista
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Batista: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I failed economics twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Yokohama.

you taught me economics in 2018 at Rio de Janeiro Primary School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won. Thank you again.
