I teach environmental science and social studies at Fort Worth Secondary School, Fort Worth. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Bates
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
