Mr. Bastos
Agriculture and history teacher, Fortaleza
- 🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil
- Fortaleza Girls' School
- Since 1996
- Portuguese
I teach agriculture at Fortaleza Girls' School in Fortaleza since 1996. Most days I teach first-year students, and I never turn anyone away.
I've run the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Bastos
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Bastos: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
