Mr. Bastos
Teacher at Phoenix High School, loves special education
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Phoenix High School
- 1978 to 1992
- Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Mr. Bastos: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

you taught me special education in 2005 at Phoenix High School. I still remember that terrible school play.
