Mr. Başaran
Art and physical education teacher, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Since 1996
- English, Turkish
For 30 years I have been the art teacher at St. Joseph's Girls' School. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 870 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Başaran
If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

What gifts mean to Mr. Başaran: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
