Mr. Başaran
19 years teaching environmental science in Nuremberg
- 🇩🇪 Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany
- Oakwood Boys' School
- Since 1980
- German
For 46 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Oakwood Boys' School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I'm learning the guitar. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Başaran
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Başaran: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
