Mr. Barnes
Taught social studies at Silverlake Grammar School
- 🇬🇧 Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom
- Silverlake Grammar School
- 1986 to 2012
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Mr. Barnes
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Barnes: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
