I teach mathematics and art at Sunrise Academy, Wellington. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 700 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Barker
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

you taught me mathematics in 2012 at Sunrise Academy. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays. Thank you again.

You taught me mathematics in 2014 at Sunrise Academy. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
