Mr. Barbosa
French and social studies teacher, São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- 1978 to 2016
- Portuguese, English
I taught French at Kingsway Public School in São Paulo from 1978 to 2016. Most days I taught first-year students, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I ran the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Mr. Barbosa
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Barbosa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
