Mr. Barasa
Accounting and early years teacher, Zanzibar City
- 🇹🇿 Zanzibar City, Zanzibar Urban/West, Tanzania
- Hope Primary School
- 2015 to 2023
- English, Swahili
Hope Primary School was my second home. I taught accounting there from 2015 to 2023, mostly the final-year class.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
More about Mr. Barasa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me accounting in 2025 at Hope Primary School. I still remember the end-of-term party!
