Mr. Barasa

Retired social studies teacher from Jinja Primary School

  • 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
  • Jinja Primary School
  • 2007 to 2025
  • English, Swahili
For 18 years I was the social studies teacher at Jinja Primary School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.

More about Mr. Barasa

If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

What gifts mean to Mr. Barasa: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
