Mr. Barasa
Biology teacher at Fairview Middle School, 2018 to 2025
- 🇺🇬 Gulu, Northern Region, Uganda
- Fairview Middle School
- 2018 to 2025
- English, Swahili
I taught biology at Fairview Middle School in Gulu from 2018 to 2025. Most days I taught first-year students, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mr. Barasa
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Barasa: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
