Mr. Banks
Retired biology teacher from Laredo Academy
- 🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States
- Laredo Academy
- 1991 to 2022
- English, Spanish
I taught biology at Laredo Academy in Laredo from 1991 to 2022. Most days I taught Year 10, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 780 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Banks
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Banks: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your Year 10 class in 2020. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from London.
