Mr. Bankole
Retired biology teacher from Ogbomosho Girls' School
- 🇳🇬 Ogbomosho, Oyo, Nigeria
- 2000 to 2009
- English, Hausa
I taught biology at Ogbomosho Girls' School in Ogbomosho from 2000 to 2009. Most days I taught first-year students, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Bankole
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
