Mr. Bakr
15 years teaching special education in Ottawa
- 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- 1986 to 2015
- English, Arabic
I taught special education at Meadowbank Girls' School in Ottawa from 1986 to 2015. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 700 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Mr. Bakr
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Bakr: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me special education in 2023 at Meadowbank Girls' School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly

A small gift is a big thank-you.
