Mr. Bakr
Economics and biology teacher, Hamilton
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Fairview Public School
- Since 1980
- English, Arabic
For 46 years I have been the economics teacher at Fairview Public School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Bakr
If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the end-of-term party.
What gifts mean to Mr. Bakr: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
