Mr. Bakari
Taught music at Summit Grammar School
- 🇰🇪 Naivasha, Nakuru, Kenya
- Summit Grammar School
- 2004 to 2020
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 16 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Bakari
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me music in 2005 at Summit Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard! Truly.
