I taught geography at Móstoles Girls' School in Móstoles from 1992 to 2014. Most days I taught Year 7, and I never turned anyone away.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Ávila
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
