I taught French at Houston Girls' School in Houston from 2018 to 2025. Most days I taught primary school children, and I played music while people worked.
I ran the robotics club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Mr. Avila
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
