I teach chemistry and biology at Sunrise Primary School, Los Angeles. I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 210 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Avila
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
