Mr. Ávila
12 years teaching computer science in Madrid
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Cedar Grove Girls' School
- 2018 to 2025
- English, Spanish
For eight years I was the computer science teacher at Cedar Grove Girls' School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Ávila
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ávila: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
