Mr. Ávila
32 years teaching English literature in Alcalá de Henares
- 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
- Alcalá de Henares Primary School
- 2004 to 2025
- Spanish
Alcalá de Henares Primary School was my second home. I taught English literature there from 2004 to 2025, mostly teenagers.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Mr. Ávila
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ávila: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
