I taught biology and early years at Our Lady of Peace Public School, Nuremberg. My door was open at lunch.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Avcı: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
