I teach biology and history at Addis Ababa Technical College, Addis Ababa. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Assefa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Assefa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
