Mr. Ashworth
34 years teaching chemistry in Newcastle
- 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
- Bayview Middle School
- Since 2013
- English
I teach chemistry at Bayview Middle School in Newcastle since 2013. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I never raise my voice.
Over the years I've had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Mr. Ashworth: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your Grade 8 class in 2013. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Novosibirsk.
