I taught art at Meadowbank Middle School in Kathmandu from 1993 to 2009. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I played music while people worked.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mr. Aryal
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Aryal: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
